La Badia is a brand owned by Calzaturificio Bruno's srl.

1. Before placing an order, the Customer has to be registred at this website. The order will be confirmed by an email. All the shoes displayed are ready to be shipped, but if an order cannot be shipped, we immediately advise the Customer and the order will be cancelled.

2. The cost of shipment will be shown before the confirm of the order and before any payment. Shipment will be managed by GLS Executive for Italy and FEDEX for all other destinations.

We offer flat fixed shipment costs for most of the countries, they cover all the shipment costs except for Customs Duties:

- Italy - free delivery,

- Usa and Canada - 15,00 euro

- UE countries - 10,00 euro

- Norway and Switzerland - 15,00 euro

-  other countries - 30,00 euro

3. Payment will be done through Paypal or bank transfer (bank details will be communicated after receiving the webmail order).

4. Returns. We cannot guarantee the coulors of shoe delivered will be exactly at the imagines and coulors shown on the website.

The Customer has the right to send the order back within 10 days by delivery date. We need an advising email to labadiafirenze@virgilio.it and we have to authorize the return. Risks and costs of return are on customer behalf.

We do not accept returns of used, washed or damnaged shoes. The shoe must be in its original box. At the receiving of return, we will check all these conditions and we will confirm the credit. The credit will be refund by Paypal or bank transfer.
